Our beautiful molded pieces are created by the raw material being melted to a certain temperature and then cast in a mold to a specific shape. Once cooled to a certain temperature a high polish process is applied to create your beautifully molded piece.

Defects in Molded Pieces
Defects in material and workmanship will be corrected without charge. However, please be aware that even in the finest molds, minor variations in clarity and colour can occur. Occasional air bubbles, chill marks or flow lines are inevitable in molded products. In order to obtain the optimum finish, extra firing and different molds may be necessary, which may cause variations in size. These minor variations in size, quality, colour and clarity are not considered defects.
Care of Molded Pieces
Molded pieces are susceptible to minor surface scratches. Care should always be exercised in the handling of a beautiful molded piece. Polish your molded piece with a polishing cream. Dry and buff with a dust free cloth.
