Defects in Wood
Defects in material and workmanship will be corrected without charge. However, please be aware that even in the finest wood product, minor variations in clarity and colour can occur. In order to obtain the optimum finish, extra polishing may be necessary, which may cause small variations in size. These minor variations in size, quality, colour and clarity are not considered defects.
Care of Wood
Wood is susceptible to minor surface scratches. Care should always be exercised in the handling of a beautiful piece of wood. Polish your wood product with a dry dust free cloth and usually the mist of your breath is sufficient. Water can be used if needed but avoid any cleaning solutions as scratching may occur as a result.
